Because fragrance and decant products are personal-use items, opened or used items are generally not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos.

Approved Resolutions

When a claim is approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method at our discretion based on the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Used products, opened fragrance items, sale items, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless required by law.

Processing Time
